Buff 180 hand cannons
They hit so soft in pvp its a 6 to 7 shot kill

How would you buff them? They used to be crazy good weapons, some of the best handcannons in D2. Their advantage is their RoF and accuracy. But you can’t expect to hit your mark at the usual distances. That’s their downfall.
