Clearing your console’s cache fixes lots of problems.
Doing this a least once a month on consoles is recommended.
Close console
Unplug from the wall
[u][b]Leave unplugged for a full 5 mins this is very important[/b].[/u]
Plug back in and restart.
Place some kinetic and energy guns into your vault then try again.

I have moved all my weapons to the vault , so I have no weapons equipped and it still does not let me collect them

Thanks for reply , other items in postmaster work fine it it is just two specific guns that do not work the igneous hammer they are a primary weapon other primary weapons transfer but not these two

Igneous hammer is an energy weapon, do you have available slots there?

All weapon slots empty kinetic, energy and power moved everything to vault still will not transfer

Are you trying to transfer them with an app or in game? Sometimes items get stuck in limbo, they normally end up in your vault after a little while.

My only suggestion would be to log out of the game, clear cache if you haven't already, give it an hour and then try again. Sorry, but that's all I can think of. Hope it gets sorted.
