Quickdraw gives felwinters 100 handling. With it removed they should feel more sluggish. Surplus is not enough to compensate.

Many players tried felwinter without using quickdraw. They (myself too) made it work without any efforts, its just slightly slower, dont forget we still have mods to help btw. And dure we always have abilities on cooldown, but its rare to have all 3 abilities used on cooldown non stop. You dont spqm your barricade or rift with a warlock as soon as you got them, and hunter dodge is so damn quick that you zre sure to have it up most of the time. As for melees and nades, well, you tend to use only one of those at a time, lile for example a warlock celestial fire +shotgun and you are sure to kill. No need to use the solar nade too. Surplus isnt INSANE, bit is working really great (and if you are really confident on your shotguning you might just dont need to use your abilities at all)

Surplus gives +50 handling. 83 handling is still going to be pretty good.

50? Wasnt it 30? Plus people love to spam their abilities to secure kills so I don't see it happening

Edited by JazzyPaladin477: 4/19/2021 11:57:20 AMAll the testing I’ve seem indicates +20 stability, +50 handling, +50 reload at x3 charged abilities. Same bonuses as elemental capacitor but all three active at once. It’s actually a killer perk if you are willing to give up ability spam. Got it on my favourite third axiom and it’s insane. With full abilities that perk basically gives you zen moment, QuickDraw and outlaw, but active 100% of the time. Turns it into an exotic weapon basically. I like it as a solution to QuickDraw.

I don't know man. With the sandbox as it is ability spam far outweighs that
