It was bad before, but it was never this bad, from my experience.. I'm losing friends to play with because they are frustrated by the laggy experience

Yup! Same here. And it's true, lag has always been there, but it has gotten worse. Maybe about when the beyond light launched? 🤔 Cant remember exactly, but about then, maybe a bit earlier?

But when they added Steam Relays to hide IP's, some (neighboring) countries became really laggy for me, not even going to mentions russians and italians, they deserve a thread of their own.

Battlenet had region lock, steam doesn't, that's the difference you're seeing.
