Please remove the cool-down period for cross-saving

Hi,support I previously applied to unbind my PS4 account. Now I want to bind another PS4 account but I mistakenly bind an XBOX account and the next operation will take 75 days later. Can you help me remove the cooldown ? Thx for listening
