The fact that they have to force players into PvP because they know that no one will play it otherwise goes to show that they're clearly aware of how bad PvP is, but still have done nothing to fix it

[/quote] People like me and my homies: primarily PvE players who avoid PvP at every possible opportunity (the closest we ever willingly go is Gambit) [quote] How are they being forced?[/quote] A large part of the Ace of Spades + Thorn quests were spent farming PvP, as well as locking the Mida + Suros catalysts behind a tedious PvP farm.

Bungie has to have something for the streamers to show off on. That seems to be the only reason that this game mode is used for anymore. For Bungie to make it a level playing field would mean that they would actually have to listen to the real player base rather than the streamers.

That is one theory. I hope it's not true though. I'd like to have faith that Bungie can over come this and make the game better.
