Most likely never. To do so would be useless and wouldn’t really have a good lore reason. They would also have to remove new monarchy and future war cult.

Dead Orbits whole bit is leaving. The only reason they even have a seat in the Consensus as a faction is because they have the largest armada of ships. I'm surprised Drifter and Dead Orbit aren't super tight since all they talk about is leaving when things get bad.
