I can’t access shadowkeep content
I own shadowkeep but after not playing the game for a few months I am unable to access showdowkeep content, with the game thinking I do not own shadowkeep

Try going into your game management options and see if you need to download the licence for that dlc again. If there are any issues with your games licence not been recognised that you bought it you need to contact XBL support.

Try restoring your licenses after clearing your cache. Close console Unplug from the wall [u][b]Leave unplugged for a full 5 mins this is very important[/b].[/u] Plug back in and restart.
