1. You want to do solo strikes, lower your light level so you don't get matched with people who want to play. 2. Builds with infinite grenades and supers? That's not a thing, it was grenadier... As in grenade recharge was increased. Infinite supers isn't a thing, with super energy exotics and masterworked gea they can be quick but never infinite. 3. Speed runners are a issue... You can do this great thing called tollerate it for a strike and then exit matchmaking. 4. You have objectives to complete? You mean seasonal objectives and bounties which don't take that long right? Because they don't take that long, 3 to 4 strikes tops. I'm sorry but strikes have always had matchmaking for a reason... Because they have negative modifiers that effect the game. Do you get speed running plebs? Unfortunately yeah... Do you get bounty spamming, lost sector pleb? Unfortunately yeah, just do what I do and run ahead until you hit a darkness area and kill yourself, forcing them ahead. Do you also get blueberries who are absolutely fantastic? Yup. Do you get that one PvP truhard who is so out of place you stand back in awe? Yup. Do you get some randoms who you could speak with and become friends? Yeah. Strikes are full of surprises. Good and bad. You want to avoid that, lower your light level mate.

It's not hard. Like. At all.
