Petition to have war beasts on our side
When calus comes back, he should gift us a war beast that our ghost can revive, and by a tbt system, masterworking it makes its armor fancier and more gilded. It would follow you around in the tower and provide MINOR help in SOME activities. It would be to one side of you in your inventory, similar to your sparrow. It would mostly just be for show, and a sypbol of your rep with Calus. What do you guys think? This is a very unrefined idea, and I just want to see how you guys would like to see in in game. I like the idea of “pet” to aid in combat. I think in the lore tab for DMT, the former owner of DMT was having a conversation with another guardian who was gifted a warbeast from the Spider. As cool as that is, I think one of the closes things in Destiny gameplay for having a pet was using one of the RoI artifacts that let you temporarily make a red bar enemy become an ally when you hit them with a melee attack. Or a better example would be the Arc Soul that Stromcaller Warlocks can bring up with bottom tree rift or Getaway Artist exotic gloves.
