First of all, do not have an exotic cipher nor have I completed the exotic cipher quest already this week. I’ve checked the quest archive kiosk and it’s not there as well. There isn’t even an option to pick it up from Xur. The quest isn’t in my inventory anywhere, and I’ve looked everywhere to see if I somehow have it, but it’s simply not there. This seems to be an account wide issue, because checked my other character and don’t have the quest on that account, and I can’t pick it up as well. For anyone wondering I play on Xbox if that helps. In terms of how this first started happening, back in the beginning of season of the hunt I picked up the exotic cipher quest and discarded it (don’t exactly remember why), and when I came back the next week I didn’t see the quest at all. I’ve checked every week, and I’m pretty much convinced it’s somehow bugged for me and I wont ever be able to pick it up.
