Hi, Thank you for your answer. I'm not on wifi, and the xbox nat test says I am moderate. In the help they only mention strict nat as a possible cause. I have not changed anything in my network settings. I see the press A to play, after that in the right lower corner it says connecting, and verifying content and so on, then the large animation in the middle of the screen, then the small animation in the right lower side then the error comes up and I can only choose dismiss.
