As I've said elsewhere to someone on Twitter complaining about this as well (maybe you?) if you haven't reinstalled a fresh copy of windows with fresh drivers and only the game and tested then you really have no room to complain to bungie. It could be a million things causing the problem and after working in pc repair support for 20+ years now if you haven't done everything possible to isolate the issue you cannot guarantee that the problem is even repeated to what you THINK it is. The burden of proof is on you.
You know why the game doesn't have a problem on amd hardware in a console? Because a console os isnt full of the trash many of you load up on yours and then leave forever not giving a d### what it may or may not be affecting.
You want help and you KNOW it's their fault? Well prove it to them and yourself.... Provide proof of the clean fresh install and the problem persisting and then and only then can they be quite sure the issue lies within something in their control.
I once had an issue with resident evil 7 that dozens and dozens of others were suffering from they spent weeks and weeks trying to figure it out and no amount of patches ever fixed it.
You know what did? I reinstalled my windows and the game and immediately the issue was gone I then methodically reinstalled every piece of software on my pc til the issue returned and you know what? I found the problem and it had 0 to do with the game or even the hardware / drivers.
A piece of remote viewing software for VPN was the issue after installing it the issue came back when removed it disappeared.
I told the forum people my results and you know what happened?
Every single one of them had the same software installed and once removed the issue went with it.
Eventually the remote desktop software was updated and worked fine again with the game but it was their issue not Capcom nor windows or intel/nvidia/amd and unless your willing to prove the issue does lie with them then it's best to not go round assuming it is.
Yes I know they may in fact have some issues and some of you may be effected by their confirmed problems but that does in no way prove ALL of you are suffering from the exact same issue nor that your particular issue can be resolved by them.
If you're not going to do a clean install test then you're not really going to get to the bottom of it.
