Can’t log into rewards.
I don’t understand. Same email address and password. And yet it keeps saying could not load and to check connection when my connection is fine.

6 RepliesWorks just fine for me (tried directly through app & on safari browser). Have you tried using data (of currently on wifi)....or vice versa? Try clearing app cache & restore database.
