Are you connected to Bungie servers in your region? People have had the problem of being connected to the wrong servers which greatly affected their playing.

And the 3 is the host, i dont know that is the job of USA server!!!

Console has no option to change the region. Which is also a huge reason why dedicated servers need to be a thing
