Is your steam account new? As you only have 353 hrs in the game. If you did not link and transfer your character etc from Battlenet before the deadline all characters and items will have been lost.

It’s not new! Been a steam member since 2013 and have been playing on my D2 since last summer. It’s really weird that it says I have 353 hours, I’m currently at 600 hours in D2 according to steam. I probably have the emails still from blizzard.net about it the beta.

Edited by Crisidelm: 4/13/2021 8:32:43 AMIn your game history, for your Hunter (which has the most hours played) the first (so, oldest) recorded Story activity is https://www.bungie.net/en/PGCR/6691326904?character=2305843009677275248 which is New Light, not the originary vanilla D2 activities.

But did you transfer your account over?
-
I thought I did. Maybe I didn’t, 😞 anyway I can check?

If you did not transfer your characters over then all is lost. Bungie and Blizzard sent emails and Bungie referenced this subject in TWABS for 14 months plenty of notice was given. The game licenses were attached to Blizzard and they offered a 1-time chance transfer over, this had to be done before 1st December 2020. Unfortunately, nothing can be done now. I see now you had 8845hrs just had not expanded to see

I do remember those! Now that I think about it, I may have not migrated because I had some D2 characters already started on steam and I didn’t want to restart lmao. I’m going to guess that this affects account unlocks, such as emblems and rewards as well?

Yes, all you had on Battle.net is now lost. Everything that was collected is gone now.

Feelsbad, but thank you for your help!!

Follow up: I also have an early D2 stuff, such as a 0 power level cloak. I’m not sure if that is available for everyone.
