You have 2 characters and neither were deleted. You just played them yesterday.

I think u dont understand me or my problem... these two are new ones ive just startet with..... cause my old char/progress is gone, cause something went wrong with the migration. Unfortunately u cant contact the support directly. i would do to get maybe my old stuff back.... or get some compensation instead.
