I don’t have a Season 13 Pass, which shows that it takes 1000 credits to unlock

When was the purchase made? Based on your play history, you had Beyond Light in season 12, as well as the season 12 pass. If you purchased the Beyond Light + Season bundle during season 12, that is why you don't have a pass for season 13. The Beyond Light + Season bundle includes a single season pass, and does not grant passes for future seasons.
