So, to clarify,
1. You bought armor ornaments from Tess.
2. You opened the box you received from her in your wrapped items in the inventory.
3. After opening box, you then looked in your inventory and the ornaments are not there?

That Is Correct Frontrunner...I Even Cleared Room On My Guardian So Every Piece Of Armor Would Stay On Me & Not Go To Postmaster Or Anywhere Else But, With Me...Opened It And Nothing....So, Of Course I Checked On Me...Again...To Be Sure, Then Postmaster & Even My Vault...Nothing...

You did not buy armor, you bought ornaments [i]for[/i] your armor, but the ornaments do not show as unlocked on your account. What you may have done, is instead of opening the package, you refunded it. If you go back to the Eververse shop, and the Luxe set still gives you the option to buy it, that means you refunded it. If you did, in fact open the package, the ornaments should appear in your Mods inventory, where you can unlock them to free up space. The ornaments will appear in the "Appearance" menu for your armor, and can be applied there.
