I don't know what the rest of your rig is, so there could a bottleneck elsewhere, but that is unique and I would DDU and clean your registry if I was you.
RDNA2 is basically just a more efficient RDNA1, think rx 480 vs 580.
if u compare clock for clock, there is virtually no difference.
RDNA2s strengths are reduced power consumption and massively increased clocks as compared to RDNA1.
Bungo lacks the programing ability to purposely make performance worse from a generational jump.
AMD is dedicated to not having the plethora of driver issues they had with RDNA1.
