Sorry you do not quality.
To transfer from D1 to D2 (race, gender, face settings and a odd emblem only transfer) you had to...
1. Be on the XB1 or PS4 (your issue as you were on the X360)
2. Be using the same account.
3. Have completed the base campaign.
4. Not have any D2 characters.
5. All of the above to be done before August 2017.
Even if you get D1 on the XB1 or Series X consoles you have missed the date by several years.
