Same problem. I've been hoping Bungie would fix this problem since Beyond Light came out and they STILL refuse to acknowledge its an issue on their end.
I'm in the same boat as you, the only thing Bungie keeps saying is it's the user's fault when it clearly isn't when it's so wide-spread.

I’ve both called and had an agent out here from my ISP and nothing a wrong with my internet. I’m running GMs like they are going out of style but if I run 20 I get anteater in 15. I’m trying to get my conquer seal done . My brother is living in his house next door probably about 100 feet away and has no issues and it seems to happen more frequently at night and since Beyond Light dropped. Please Bungie do something I have other games but I live on Destiny. I also never have any other issues with any of my other games at all. This is absolutely maddening. I now go into a game freaked out that I’m gonna get kicked and hope to go I complete it before anything happens . It sucks that we in the thread are the unlucky few that get screwed by this error although I know there’s probably thousands. Out of all the error codes Bungie needs to get a jump on this one quick because it’s ruining the state of the game. Also I’m on an Xbox Series X.
