I agree, RNG for a title is dumb.
Eyes should be The reward for completing a flawless DSC.

They added drop protection. So it's not all RNG....

They said that before the latest patch to "fix it." I'm not holding my breath on this fix as they have shown that they lack the testing capabilities for their patches (win trading a couple weeks back, stasis abuse, felwinter's door: the boss). This is still RNG, bad luck protection or not.
