I appreciate you reporting this issue to us. We're aware that it's occurring and we're investigating. You may want to go to the Tower to pick up bounties while we continue our investigation.

Not just that. The whole companion app for iPhone is not working properly. Can’t transfer stuff, get bounties, view your inventory or characters.

Yeah for some strange reason, I'm not able to load the app on my iPhone 12 but it somehow works on my iPhone 8. Iv'e tried using my LTE and Wi-Fi on my iPhone 12 but doesn't resolve the app from loading. Iv'e deleted the app and restarted/shutdown my iPhone 12.
