I commented a couple of weeks into the start of this thread and seriously don't understand how there STILL hasn't been communication on this problem in almost 2 months. I'm still experiencing the same issues and feel like they continue to get worse, despite every stupid little "fix" that actually do nothing. I am running a 3700x and RTX 2060 super. I'm still getting atrocious frame rates, which I never had issues with in the past, to an unplayable point at times. Shader Cache didn't help. I've tried and done everything that I can to fix this to no avail. Like everyone else here, to say I'm irritated would be disingenuous as it quite an understatement.
