I’d be curious to see what would happen if they leave them as is but return the rpm back to 110.

They'd suck pretty hard. The rpm increase mostly just brought it's ttk to a less terribly slow one, but that in conjunction (I think that's the right word) with it's overly high damage and ridiculous range make it more lethal than than should be. It's why I specified what the problem were because it's not necessarily the ttk that's the issue.

Very possible, I’m just typing out loud. I recall previously that 110s suffered against 150/140s because they had the same range cap which made the faster firing more forgiving and had a greater ease of use. Returning 120s back to 110s with all the benefits of range and hit box may make them more balanced and give them a more unique roll in pvp without having to be completely dominant. Again, just thoughts. -
150s and 140s also just killed quite a bit faster. There was no real reason to use 110s because their effective range was identical while being worse overall. 110s actually had a period in time during forsaken where they could shoot pretty far but due to how overwhelming the other handcannon archetypes were...they just didn't stand a chance. Right now, they kill slow, but make up for that with extreme damage and over the top range while not even having a ttk too slow to be decent.
