  • Hey, It seems as if you chose the wrong account to use as your main. If that's the case, and you would like to switch your primary account, you can use the contact form at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031 Explain to them the situation, and ask that they switch the primary account. If instead you would like to disable cross-save, you can use the same form to ask Bungie to waive the silver lockout. Note that there is no guarantee that Bungie will do so. In either case, these requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and only during Bungie's local business hours, so it may be a day or two before you receive a response.

  • Do a search on Bungie.net (I say this a lot as Bungie has created help guides for nearly everything) for "Cross save issues". This brings up a help guide which has a form attached to the bottom of the page. This form will allow you to ask Bungie staff to remove the cooldown period from buying silver. Note... If Bungie helps you it will be inside their business hours and on a first come first served basis. Also to remove a account you need to deactivate cross save which will incur another 90day cooldown which Bungie will not reduce for any reason.

    • lots of people have been desperate. if you can authenticate both accounts you have to wait the 90 days. if you can't, bungie's policy has always been 'account security is the players responsibility'. you'd have to work with the platform with the compromised account to recover it.
