Hello. I don’t think you can since those are specific for that solstice gear. Those glows can only go on them and nothing else.

That is a shame, honestly. I am sure a lot of people would like to show off their old armor when transmog comes out, but bungie is overworked, and it's understandable. Thanks for the reply.
