The D2 Companion App used to work fine on my Galaxy S10 & S6 but since today all of the items in the App are classified.
I've tried the following to fix it (no particular order):
- Switched wireless network and tried 4G
- Restart App
- Clear App data & cache
- Restart Phone
- [b]Reinstall App[/b]
- Applied storage rights
- Logout account
- Updated database in the App settings
I've looked around and for most people this problem would be solved with a reinstall yet for me it is not the case. I have also noticed that in the database settings the "World Database" has the status; "Update required" and will not update under any circumstance.

Edited by TheGreatSchoomps: 3/17/2021 4:33:30 PMAlso can't use it after the update on my S8 and S20+ 5G. All I see is "Failed to download required Destiny 2 content. Please Try again". Retrying is futile. In the App Settings > Data Settings, it's clear that the World Database is the issue, but it won't update no matter how many times you press Update Databases. Assets and Clan Banner Database is fine and updates accordingly.
