The D2 Companion App used to work fine on my Galaxy S10 & S6 but since today all of the items in the App are classified.
I've tried the following to fix it (no particular order):
- Switched wireless network and tried 4G
- Restart App
- Clear App data & cache
- Restart Phone
- [b]Reinstall App[/b]
- Applied storage rights
- Logout account
- Updated database in the App settings
I've looked around and for most people this problem would be solved with a reinstall yet for me it is not the case. I have also noticed that in the database settings the "World Database" has the status; "Update required" and will not update under any circumstance.

Me too, was using it just a moment ago and when I woke up my phone after it went in sleep mode everything was gone. Als tried all of the steps you took but nothing changed. (Samsung Galaxy S7)
