When i started a cross save from psn to pc i lost my dlc. heeeeelp
is this normal or is it fault in the system. i can still play the dlc on my psn but not on my pc. makes no sense to me.

Dlc licences are controlled by the platform not by Bungie. As such cross save does not allow you to access those licences on other platforms.
