Tried that, no help.
Ehanced sync is off in my default setting. Delete shades cache may help improve 3-5 fps.
But the low-level rendering mechanism and pipeline still don't change in your way. I bet you still can't get your fps over 60 in Tangled Shore.

definitely not, tangled shore chugs. but this fix wasnt to improve fps. it was to make the game playable and stop the stutter. before i couldnt even play without the game freezing and dropping to 3 fps. now after gaming for 5 hours or more after that entire time doing all activities. pvp strikes (god forbidden gambit) etc. it wont freeze or stutter. stasis doesnt kill the game and ill average 118 fps across the board.
