Rival Ghost Shell deleted with update 3.1.1
Upon login my equip [armory]Rival Titan Shell[/armory], the Guardian Games Ghost shell, was removed from my character, pulling any Rival shell from Collections deletes the shell upon leaving the character screen.

Same here, started Warlock with "empty" shell slot - had Rival Shell before. DIM showed at least the Rival Shells of Hunter and Titan still in place. After playing with Hunter, the Rival Shell was gone here too.
