They can even have Xur do it with an inventory that changes each weekend. such as charge with light mods or warmind cell mods. There system currently in place doesn't work. Honestly the forums have plenty of ideas and almost all of them are better than what is in place today when trying to get useful mods.

That wouldn't fix the issue. Banshee already changes his inventory from time to time. So even with Xur you would need to hope the RNG gods favor your ass in order to buy the mods you want to. We simply need a kiosk or somebody selling ALL the mods currently in Banshee's inventory. -
With the idea i proposed with Xur his inventroy would have for instance all warmind cell minds one week then next another theme of mods. That way you can actually get them similar to how we get well mods right now. They seem to like rotation ideas getting people to login so this fits there system and gives Xur a meaning past lucky rolls on exotics. A lot of players have no use for Xur besides this.

Sure, honestly the best idea is either banshee or Ikora. I just want Xur to matter lol.
