Much appreciated and I look forward to the resolution to this issue. As for additional info/ findings, (while still playing on a PS5) this issue was also observed in other Awoken Player Characters as well (not NPC Awoken models), and seems to [i]only[/i] affect Awoken Player Characters (Not observed in Human or Exo models, but to be safe I recommend observing this "shadow mouth" issue for them as well, if possible).
