The skill setup isn't an issue, Alexa is able to connect to my account no problem, it's the ghost itself - it's like it is never able to finish updating. We've tried every guide we could find, followed all the steps, reset the damn thing countless times and it just stays lit. Literally left it to update overnight and it was still fully lit in the morning.
