Cross save issue
Having an issue where cross save made me start completely over on both Xbox and PlayStation

2 RepliesYou currently have cross save enabled with a PSN and an XBox account. You set up your cross save so that your PSN characters are the primary characters so that when you log in on Playstation and XBox all you will see are your PSN characters. If your D2 game progress is actually on your XBox account then you set up cross save backwards. If that is the case, fill out the cross save contact form at the bottom of this page and request Bungie swap your cross save account from PSN to XBox. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031-Contact-Form-Cross-Save-Issues
