Massive lag spikes on character select, opening inventory, loading, etc. Also constant game crashes.

Since a month, more like since the start of this season, I have been having massive frame drops in most areas of the game. I have a constant 160+ fps that drops down to under 10 fps when the character select screen shows up, the same happens when I open Inventory. The worse has started to happen since past 1 week where I cant even play the game anymore. I select any location in the directory, it goes as usual with the ship flying animation then there is a black screen and my fps gets stuck at a particular number. Thereafter I hear normal enemy and ambient noises of the world but 20 secs later the game crashes. I have already tried reinstalling the game, I even went ahead and redownloaded the game but no good. Turned off game DVR, updated Bios, reduced graphical settings down to lowest and still nothing. My laptop is current gen with following specs:- -Intel core i7 @ 2.6 GHz with 16 gigs of RAM, -8 gigs of RTX 2070 Max Q GPU, -1 TB SSD, -144 Hz refresh rate, I have tried every available option online but nothing seems to work. Please help. I have also attached a recording of my attempt to land into Cosmodrome. I have no edited, added, removed or manipulated anything in the recording. From start to finish it is just my attempt to load in to a destination. You may also notice that the fps counter on top right just eventually diappears. On a very rare occasion if I do manage to load in, I tend to get 'Bee' error coded many-a-times or it's just constant frame drops to a point that I have to wait in the same spot for almost 5 minutes to get smoother performance.
