Well,
1. The Fallen Required Tech to Use Stasis as we don't.
2. Like Earims, her Gauntlet Malfunctioned causing it to back fire.
3. So after that, I highly doubt any Eliksni would touch that Tech.

I doubt any Eliksni were around to see that though and since she's frozen entirely, they'd naturally assume she was just frozen by us. Not like she transmitted her death details before she well...died 🤭
