Its a really good perk to stack with the new warlock exotic. Give it a try.
Also the perk i think is ment to be used in places where burn modifiers are active.

Can’t see the point of that exotic when Nez Sin exists -
The damage boost is what sets it apart. It stacks with everyother buff in the game.
