You forgot...I have a 1310 umbral engram but if I go to focus it to get a chance at a specific gear it will come out as a 1300 focused engram. I just go to the recaster when my inventory is full and dump them all in without focusing and dismantle for shards. They could literally remove this from the game and my inventory would be less cluttered.
