The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal this ban or restriction.
You may also want to contact your ISP to see if you have any issues on your line as well as optimize your network.

Hi, SonicFusion2K Thanks for the reply and help! I tried to appeal the ban right as it happened, and i never got a reply. My goal with this post is also to find out how long i will have a restriction on gambit, since i can't find anywhere on bungie where it says it, and they won't tell me. I don't know if i should just make a new account and start over, or if i will get unbanned in an hour.

Unfortunately the forums can't give you any info. All you can do is try PvP/gambit every day or so. Keep in mind however that restrictions can stack so you could come off a 2 week restriction and go into a 2 month one.

I have never had any restriction placed on my account before, so i hope that 2 months isn't the case. But thanks for the help again, guess i will just have to wait :/ Would be nice if bungie would tell you how long your restriction will last for..
