Yea that was levels ago I already had those and deleted them ..I leveled up 5 more levels and nothing dropped..I didn't record or capture though...

Both rewards could be duplicates which might have appeared in the Collection. However, I do not know why the game doesn't show you your rewards regardless. You could use recording software such as Xbox Game Bar for Windows 10 to record past actions. That way, when you have an issue, you can simply save the recording of the last minutes and forward it to #help to simplify the investigation process.
