Nah, It's not destiny without the abilities . However making it so you can only use each ability one time during the match would focus more on gunplay and having abilities being used tactically. Like a well placed grenade that you can only use once might turn the battle. Or you might get an idiot who blows their super at the beginning of the match when they really could have used it at a more opportune time. And occasionals you might get a match where nobody uses their super until it gets down to the end of it and then it just goes from coordinated tactics to an all out Chaotic frenzy for the win.
