Hey there. Records show this ornament isn't unlocked on your account. I suspect the icon just has a bug that shows the checkmark on it. I'll file this for an investigation.

Thank you for the reply, I later found out that I had this happen later on with other ornaments, so this could be some sort of bug. Either way this only leaves me with the question what the Exotic item was since I did hear the sound effect for an exotic drop, but never received anything.
