More often than not reports don't seem to amount to anything. Is there a specific ninja we should snitch directly to? Also, what exactly determines who is worthy of a permanent ban? I know several users who were perma banned for a shitpost made to make folks laugh that just happened to have some naughty word or controversial topic in it, whereas users who only exist to troll the forums and harass others seem to get away with a slap on the wrist then come right back to do it again and again. I know I'm playing with fire by basically asking the same questions that got Xronad perma banned, but most of my friends are gone and I'm running out of reasons to stick around anyway.
