Hello there,
Expansions (Forsaken/Shadow-keep/Beyond Light) do not transfer and must be purchased on each platform you wish to play them on.

Ok but I still need help with transferring guardians. None of my characters transferred when I got on to steam

are you signed into the linked steam account? To check, login to the game, get to a point were you can open a chat window and type /id in the window and copy/paste the number here

The Steam account that is linked to the Bungie profile that you are posting from, does not have a Steam Community profile page. This usually indicates a newly created account, that has not been verified/used. Unlike other platforms, Steam allows for multiple accounts linked to a single email address, and inputting incorrect login info can actually create a new account unintentionally. Please follow the instructions Tuxy has provided, and use the /ID command in the in-game chat. The string of numbers that command will return, is the unique Steam ID of the account you are logged in with. Copy the ID number, and paste it into a reply to this thread, so that we can verify if the ID matches that of the account linked to your profile.

How do I unlink it? whenever I try to disable cross save it doesnt work and it says that I can not link an account that I am not using but I am.

You will need to contact Steam support, and request assistance in recovering the login credentials for the following Steam ID: bhuynhnguyen2003 (ID: 76561198846446860) When you contact them, [u]do not[/u] mention Destiny, Bungie, or cross-save; as doing so may cause their support staff to confuse what it is you are actually requiring assistance with. You simply explain that you have created a Steam account, and you cannot recall the login info for it, so you need their help to recover it. Once you have the login info for that account, you will be able to authenticate it to complete the deactivation process. Please do be aware of the fact that you will still have to wait out the 90 day cooldown period, before you will be able to potentially reactivate cross-save.

What can I do if I don’t have access to that steam account nor does it exist

You have to work with Steam. As I said Bungie will not remove a account for you for security reasons.
