Crosslink
Hey 70+ days ago I linked my Xbox Live D2 character to my little brother PS account. Once I finally got my own PS5 I learned that I had to wait 90 days to crosslink my account again. In 20 days I’ll be able to crosslink again, when that day comes will I be able to remove his account and add my personal account?

You should already be able to remove your brother's account from your profile and add yours. You just can't activate cross-save until the lockout expires.
