Try again! There is nothing in either of those links that substantiate your claim of 5% each time.

Edit based on your edit.....the previous raids didn’t have a 5% increase in drop protection. Heck, even scourge only started out at 10% & increased only 2% per unlooted Anarchy run (up to a max at 50% after 20 non-Anarchy runs). So even the old raids aren’t stacking up on your math.
