Frenzy working when stowed
I mean this might not be the right place for this but can someone tell me (pref) bungie if Frenzy is intended to work when stowed, I find it odd the perk description doesnt elude to this functionality and there is no UI to indicate its "proc'd" when stowed unless you switch back to the weapon with the Frenzy perk on. surely this isnt right?
